The Break and Repair Method on Tour

If you catch one concert this coming month, I would suggest considering the following bill: The Break and Repair Method, Jessie Baylin, and Matt Nathanson, all for one price of admission. I've written about Matt Nathanson last year, Jessie Baylin this year earlier in the summer, and now it's about time I give some print time to The Break and Repair Method.

The band is the side project of Matchbox Twenty's Paul Doucette and creates music that Paul dubs "pop depression." The album revolves around piano melodies whose upbeat sounds mask gritty vocals. Pair up Paul's piano with Jessie's guitar and Matt's insanely funny banter and you've got a killer evening of entertainment.

Visit their website, their label Bluhammock Music, and become their friend on MySpace.
