Looking for some delicately precise guitar work with a melancholy air? Look no further that Meanwhile In the Park, the debut EP from British singer/songwriter Ed Laurie. It's a short but artfully crafted seven song CD that has a classical European guitar / Spanish flamenco feel to it that positions Laurie in the form of a troubadour, sharing his thoughts over a singular but complex guitar line.Initially the album was available only through iTunes, but since its release Laurie has been picked up by Dangerbird Records. It's available digitally now through both iTunes and other digital sources, and his full length debut is anticipated to hit shelves early next year.
