On October 9th, Eric Clapton will be releasing Complete Clapton, a 2 disc career spanning retrospective AND Clapton: The Autobiography. I'm praying to the heavens above (since as the famous picture above states, Clapton IS God) that I don't need to include a career summary here for you to grasp the importance, the impact, the accomplishments of such an incredibly talented guitarist and song-writer. Forty plus year career, eighteen time Grammy winner, triple inductee in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (as a member of the Yardbirds, Cream, and a solo artist), yada yada yada...you get the picture.For more information, check out the official site.
